Atlantech Online allows its customers to ship large or bulk items to its data centers in preparation for customer installation. This is Atlantech's policy for customer drop shipments.
a) Customers’ equipment can be stored up to 7 days free of charge.
b) Storage beyond 7 days is charged a $25.00 per day/per item fee.
c) Customers should open a trouble ticket either via email, phone, or by going to https://care.atlantech.net to notify Atlantech staff prior to the date of arrival or the package(s) will be denied by our receiving department.
