We are pleased to announce the availability of the new Atlantech Online status update page at http://status.atlantech.net. Our existing NOC website will remain and the links to Current Network Status and Scheduled Service Interruptions have been updated to point to this new site. Customers may choose to subscribe to updates, as opposed to the original system that was specific to the services they have purchased from Atlantech Online. We are still in the starting phase of this new site, so more features may be available later, such as SMS notifications and/or Twitter updates. We are confident that by modifying how we handle notifying customers, we will improve our ability to support you and increase our transparency when issues do occur.
