Typically, to access the GUI for the Obi, the IP is 192.168.10.1
To verify, open your command prompt once the Obi is connected to your laptop and run ipconfig
The IP for the Obi is listed under the Default Gateway section of the Ethernet adapter Ethernet(2), depending on your connection setup
Open a web browser and input the default gateway IP referenced in the steps above
Should be prompted to login, the credentials are either: admin/admin or admin/VjK#7!
Make sure that the firmware is up to date, see the following KB article: (TBD)
On the left side of the page, select system management and then auto provisioning
Under the ITSP Provisioning section, there is a ConfigURL field, uncheck default on the right side and paste: http://Atlantech:Ops3lv!s@ndp1-rkv.uc.atlantech.net/cfg/${MAC}.xml
Submit and reboot after to make sure the provisioning server stuck
Next, log in to Netsapiens and go to the user that you want the Obi to be registered to (make sure the number is assigned to said user/extension)
Go to the Phones section and hit the Add phone button
Phone suffix: o (whatever you want)
Model: Polycom Obi302
MAC Address: Whatever is listed on the back of the Obi
Line Number: 1 (if there are 2 numbers on 1 Obi, the 2nd number is line 2)
Overrides: VoiceService.1.VoiceProfile.1.Line.1.Codec.X_Settings.T38Enable="false"
Once the Obi has been added to the User Phones section, make sure the DID assigned to the User has been enabled
