Atlantech Online implements a password policy for all email accounts hosted on our email servers.  This policy is in place to protect you, the customer, as well as Atlantech Online.  For more information on the importance of a strong password, please see our Knowledgebase article found here.

Password Requirements:

• Must be a minimum of 8 characters long and contain the following:
  • Mixed case characters (a-z, A-Z)
  • At least one number (0-9)
  • At least one symbol (!,@,#,$, etc.)

• May not contain any part of your email address (username or domain name)
• Must not be based on a dictionary word
